It would appear we may not be alone in Berkshire as an Ascot resident spotted an unidentified flying object on Friday 3rd July 2009.
Posting on www.uk-ufo.co.uk, Christine Thornton gave an account of her alien encounter which occurred between 11.30 and 12pm. Christine said: “I saw about seven orange lights all following each other in a formation (about 30 seconds behind each other). Each went behind the trees and then started to fade out like a dying star would. I went outside and there was no sound. I’m normally very sceptical about these things but I can find no explanation. I am on a flight path but they were too low and too bright to be aeroplanes. It was a clear night but they completely disappeared after coming out from behind the trees.”
Other follows on the site report seeing the same phenomenon occurring at the same time in Wokingham nearby, and 40 minutes later in Leicester.
Is it a bird, is it a plane, or is it a green man from Mars? The truth is out there….
